Heart's Desire

What's your Heart's Desire?

Is it a person, place or thing?

Mine has changed many times. When I was a child my heart's desire was to have a horse, which sadly never happened.

As a young adult it was to find true love, which I found!

Later my heart's desire was to have my own gift/vintage shop. That has partially come true, I would have loved to have a brick and mortar shop, but I've settled on my virtual online Etsy shop.

Animal Cards Vintage Valentines lot of 8

All the vintage Valentine's posted above will be in my shop soon! These cards are super fun and are wonderful additions to your Junk Journals or re-imagined gift cards!

So.......
Anyone want to share their heart's desire?

  2. My heart's desire at the moment, now that I'm retired, is to maintain a healthy life for as long as that may be possible, together with stable and comfortable finances.

My heart's desire, is to truly listen to my spirit and to do whatever it tells me to do and be! No fear! Take that leap of faith. Not knowing and just going for it! Slowly, but surely, I am doing this! Also, to be the best me, that I can be! There is so much I have already learned and I am so grateful for everything!
Maybe I have too many heart's desires? LOL!
Diane, funny you mentioned about Twitter, because I thought, as soon as I get more then one page in my Etsy, I will start going for Twitter! Seriously, right before you left that message on my blog, I was thinking of that and writing to tell you and then you wrote your comment! LOL! The Universe works in wondrous ways!!
    Big Hugs!!!

    1. Martha, they just don't make them the way they used to! In fact I'm not sure if they even allow cards in school anymore. I think my new Heart's Desire is a combination of yours and Debra's!

I have scrapbooks of my old ones hidden away in storage. Need to pull them out - I am sure they would bring back wonderful memories of times past. Take care and stay warm sweet friend. Hugs!

    1. Thank you for visiting RK. I'm gently tapping on plastic and hoping each day my PC wakes up when I turn it on.
As far as a Heart's Desire... well, we can always dream can't we? I've had to adjust my heart's desires occasionally to match the reality. Most of the time I've been happy with the compromise! lol

  8. Greetings human, Diane,

Ah yes and you have close to your heart's desire. For the virtual shop may soon be that real shop. The stuff of dreams becoming a wondrous reality. Keep listening to your inner child as I keep listening to my inner puppy.

My heart's desire is to see humans learn the lessons we animals share. The lessons that teach of non-judgemental, unconditional love.

    Pawsitive wishes,

    Penny πŸΆπŸ˜€
