A New Year Greeting...

Nature gives to every time and season some beauties of its own; and from morning to night, as from cradle to the grave, is but a succession of changes so gentle and easy that we can scarcely mark their progress.
       Charles Dickens (1812-1870)

  10. What a lovely quote (despite the fact I tend to have a bit of a jaundiced view of Dickens due to the way he treated his wife!) I also loved your last post about the stars but didn't have a chance to comment. I was quite taken with the idea that they shine more brightly when it is darkest. Hope you had a wonderful New Year!
