Extreme Cold

Winter Chill .... or Back into the Polar Vortex...... or New Year same Old Cold!

Again with the extreme cold! Why won't the cold air stay at the North Pole where it belongs? Anyway, I am not leaving the house for the next week! Meanwhile, it's nice to look at some of these gorgeous photos on my phone while snuggled under a blanket in front of the fire! Here's to warm hearts, warm cats and warm beverages!

I hope you all had a wonderful New Year's Eve!
We went to an early dinner with friends and were home by 9PM!
See you all soon! ~ Diane ★* 。• ˚ ˚ ˛ ˚ ★*

  2. I love winter, just not the ice and extreme frigid temperatures. I love the snow, the cold crisp air, and coming in from the cold and having a nice hot chocolate and warm shower. Your post is beautiful, I love all the photos and the music, perfect for a chilly and rainy Sunday. (yes, rain, believe it or not). LOL!

  3. At last it's been cold here for days now. (Minus a day or so this week, which still felt good in the 60's). Summers are harsh and long here, so when it gets cold I am one happy gal. It's going to be below freezing tonight!

It's windy and cold today, so Abby and I happily played outside in it..... until a huge hawk came swooping down on us. (They are vicious birds around here and seem to always stalk my poor little dogs).

  9. Oh Diane, I can't tell you how much I enjoyed looking at these pictures. I know the cold is hitting your area so hard, but I wish it would snow here! I love all of the pics, especially that forest, it looks magical. Bundle up and stay warm, my friend. Sending you a bit of sunshine from Calif. It's been pretty cold here lately, but the sun peeked out today.

I'm going back to see the pictures again. :~)
